FET Probe
The FET probe developed by Stack solves the loading problem by providing very high input resistance and extremely low input capacitance through the use of an active device contained in the probe input. As the result, it is now possible to observe DUT performance of not only high frequency but also high speed digital and analog circuits.
Low Capacitance Probe
In the frequency band of DC ~ 5GHz, input capacitance of the probing point is 0.25pF (at 10:1) as very low passive probe.
In addition, the power supply is not required.
